•             Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging or in a suitable replacement packaging to prevent damage during transit.

•             RA Number: Clearly write the RA number provided by our customer service team on the outside of the package.

•             Return Address: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

•             Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

•             Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping cost is totally free. We raise return request and courier pickup and deliver to our warehouse.
