On iOS/iPadOS 13 and above, the adapter supports two-way data transfer between your iPhone/iPad and a USB flash drive. Older supported versions provide one-way transfer to iPhone/iPad.

•iOS/iPadOS 13+: transfer USB drive to iPhone/iPad and iPhone/iPad to USB drive
•iOS 9.2–12 and iPadOS 8.0–12: USB drive to iPhone/iPad only

Compatible devices and peripherals

Works with a wide range of Lightning iPhones and iPads (USB‑C iPad Pro models are not compatible). Supports many common USB accessories, with some device types not supported.
